In the cellar we observe, measure, and experiment. It doesn’t matter how many generations we’ve been doing this for. What matters is that every bottle tells who we are, without compromise.
If red is a certainty, white is a bet. Our roots bind us to Nebbiolo, a lifelong companion. But we’re not the type for exclusive loves: we chose to take risks and give space to grapes that speak other languages. That’s how, on the hills of Cigliè, Alta Langa taught us a new vocabulary: the one of Riesling Renano, but also of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which come together in our Metodo Classico.
