Vinificazione
Cellar work begins with gentle crushing and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation of the free-run must takes place in vertical stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 18°C. Malolactic fermentation is also partially carried out in stainless steel. The wine then undergoes an ageing period of approximately 6 months in stainless steel. Bottling takes place at the end of spring, followed by release after a few months.
Degustazione
The wine displays a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, ripe fruit notes are complemented by delicate hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is full and harmonious, versatile and approachable, supported by acidity that provides freshness and extends the finish.
