Vinificazione
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in vertical stainless steel tanks, with skin maceration lasting approximately 10 days. This is followed by ageing in terracotta amphorae for about 8–10 months. The wine is then bottled and released.
Degustazione
The wine shows a deep yellow color with golden hues. On the nose, aromas of Mediterranean scrub emerge, with notes of sage, thyme, lemon blossom and iodine. On the palate, marked acidity, minerality and savoury nuances provide both length and fullness.
